The latest controversy involves Alisha Parveen, who was abruptly replaced on the show. Alisha expressed her disappointment over the overnight decision and suggested that Rupali Ganguly might have influenced the makers, claiming the actress had issues with her.

Responding to these allegations in an interview with ABP News, Rupali Ganguly addressed the rumours head-on. She advised people to ask Rajan Shahi, the show’s producer, and the channel about her involvement in decision-making. She firmly denied having any role in cutting actors’ scenes or interfering with the script. Rupali emphasized, “I don’t change a single line in the script. The makers take all decisions, and I have no say in it.”

This isn’t the first time Rupali has been accused of causing tension on the set. Rumors have circulated about her being the reason several actors left Anupamaa. Both Nidhi Shah and Paras Kalnawat have indirectly hinted that they quit the show due to issues involving Rupali, alleging their scenes were cut because of her.
