Anupamaa: Vasundhara REFUSES to accept Mahi as 'bahu', Gautam accuses Ansh of taking ADVANTAGE of Prarthna

In the episode of Anupamaa tonight, Vasundhara makes it clear that she will never accept Mahi as her daughter-in-law. Anupama replies that she has no plans to send Mahi into the Kothari family anyway. She accuses them of hiding the truth and wrongly blaming others. Anupama says she told Mahi to think carefully before making any decisions about her relationship. Vasundhara asks why Anupama didn’t stop Mahi from seeing Aryan. Anupama says she believes in letting young people choose for themselves and worries that forcing them apart might make them run away together. Vasundhara says she’ll deal with Aryan herself, but Anupama warns her not to create more problems.

Raghav criticizes Vasundhara, saying she never learns and that Anupama’s efforts won’t work either. He says Mahi would rather stay single than marry into a family that treats people badly. When Vasundhara tells him to lower his voice, Raghav reminds her that Anupama kept them out of jail and mentions Pankhuri’s case, hinting he could reopen it. Prarthana thanks Ansh for standing by her. She tells him she wants to finish her management course but is worried that Gautam might interfere with Parag’s business. Ansh advises her to question why Gautam ignores his own family’s matters. Feeling supported, Prarthana decides to talk to Anupama.

Leela and Pakhi get suspicious when they hear that Ansh and Prarthana spent time together. They accuse Anupama and Ansh of hiding a romantic relationship. Ansh says Prarthana is just a friend. Anupama scolds Leela for making baseless accusations. Leela and Pakhi ask why Prarthana would prefer Ansh over others like Prem, Aryan, or Gautam, leaving Anupama speechless. Rahi asks Aryan if he’s angry and says Mahi is only being stubborn. Aryan surprises her by saying he is serious about marrying Mahi. Anupama dreams that Vasundhara cuts ties with Rahi, and she tries to convince herself that there is nothing between Ansh and Prarthana.

Meanwhile, Prem and Rahi accidentally share a close moment. Prem regrets being harsh with her, and Rahi asks him to try to understand her better. Vasundhara questions Prarthana for not telling Gautam she was leaving. Later, Gautam confronts her and suggests that Ansh may have taken advantage of her. Prarthana is disgusted by his words. Gautam realizes that his threats no longer scare her and becomes upset.

Ansh is angry about the false accusations made by Leela and Pakhi. Khyati and Rahi argue over Aryan and Mahi’s relationship. Khyati supports them, even though the family disagrees. Meeta warns that their marriage might affect Prem and Rahi, but Mahi is firm in her decision. Ansh tells Anupama that his relationship with Prarthana is purely friendly and asks her to trust him. Anupama wants to know why he hasn’t pushed Prarthana to speak up against Gautam. Ansh explains that Prarthana is afraid. He asks Anupama not to assume things without talking to him. She promises to support him.
