Anupamaa: Vanraj allows Mahi to apply colours to him

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) turns to prayer, sensing a challenging day ahead for her family. With determination, she resolves to implement her plan involving Toshu (Aashish Mehrotra), seeking divine guidance to watch over everyone. Leela enters the hall, casually requesting hot water, unaware of the colourful surprise adorning her face. The Shahs erupt into laughter at the sight before them, prompting Leela to inquire about the cause. To her astonishment, she discovers her face transformed by splashes of colour, leading her to question the perpetrator of this playful prank. Ansh brandishes a water gun, eliciting fear from Kinjal, as Anupama swiftly intervenes to diffuse the situation.

Meanwhile, Ansh, Ishani, Pari, and Mahi scheme to playfully decorate Vanraj's face with vibrant colours, even though Vanraj chooses to refrain from participating in the festivities. Despite his initial reluctance, the children proceed to daub colours on his face, with the exception of Mahi. Mahi's joy knows no bounds as Vanraj graciously permits her to join in, allowing her to apply colours to him and exchanging warm Holi wishes in the process.

Shruti's intoxication sparks closeness with Anuj:

Later, Mahi confides in Kavya about her joy in sharing the Holi festivities with Vanraj, who receives a call from Toahu. Yashdeep discusses the restaurant's closure with Biji, deciding to address the issue after Holi. As preparations for the celebration unfold, tensions simmer, and Anupama crosses paths with Anuj (Gaurav Khanna), who seems to disregard her presence. Toshu evades Kinjal's search, while Pakhi bonds with Aarush during the festivities, prompting speculation from Leela. 

Amidst the revelry, Hasmukh and Biji enjoy a moment together, igniting jealousy in Leela. Anuj's interactions with the Shahs stir discomfort in Shruti, while Yashdeep surprises everyone by joining Anupama in the Holi festivities. As the celebrations continue, Shruti's behaviour becomes erratic due to intoxication, leading to an unexpected closeness with Anuj, much to Anupama's shock. Meanwhile, tensions rise between Vanraj and Titu, with Hasmukh advocating for understanding and acceptance.
