Anupamaa: Shruti fixes a meeting with Anupamaa, Anupamaa decides to tell her the truth

Vanraj urges Adhik to sign some papers, insisting that it's late and everyone needs rest. Adhik takes the papers but decides to burn them instead. Vanraj questions Adhik's state of mind, to which Adhik responds that his mind was elsewhere for four years but is now focused. He expresses his frustration at not being allowed to meet his daughter as per their previous agreement, feeling humiliated and stating that a humble person shouldn't be subjected to such treatment. 

Adhik then demands custody of his daughter, apologizes to Baa and Babu ji for his outburst, and insists on meeting his daughter with Dimpy, fearing accusations otherwise. Baa reprimands Pakhi and Vanraj for causing Adhik so much distress, emphasizing that she had warned against troubling him.

Shruti and Adhya's promises to each other:

Meanwhile, Aadhya questions Shruti, catching her in lies. Shruti, unable to disclose everything, deflects by expressing love for Aadhya, who in turn pledges to always be truthful and demands the same from Shruti regarding their family. Adhik expresses his determination to fight for Ishani's custody, warning Vanraj against any attempts at manipulation. Anupama, troubled by her thoughts, is comforted by Yashdeep, while Kinjal praises his understanding. Anuj tends to Shruti as she suffers from a headache.

Vanraj informs Baa about his boss's impending visit, expressing frustration at Anupama's influence hindering their plans. Anupama, in a distressing dream, envisions Aadhya and Shruti blaming her for their troubles. Kavya and Mahi return home, prompting Mahi to inquire about Vanraj's boss. Meanwhile, Pakhi seeks answers from Vanraj about Adhik, expressing concern about his behavior. Vanraj, feeling pressured, confronts Dimpy about her unusual behavior. Later, Vanraj introduces his family to his boss, who questions him about being late. Shruti arranges to meet Anupama to discuss important matters, leaving both apprehensive about the impending conversation.
