Anupamaa: Prarthana decides to keep the baby, Gautam doubts if Ansh is the father

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, the story opens with Anupama offering heartfelt prayers to the divine, asking for all sorrows to be written in her fate so that her children can be blessed with joy. Elsewhere, Rahi requests Prem to give her a promise that he will never take her back to Mumbai. Concerned, Prem asks what's troubling her, but Rahi simply says something is weighing on her heart. When Prem questions if it's the past haunting her, she doesn't respond with words but instead embraces him tightly.

At home, Leela checks in with Prarthana regarding her health. Kinjal reveals that Prarthana has been consuming excessive coffee, which is likely the reason behind her vomiting and acidity issues. Leela expresses concern and tells Prarthana that if she doesn't take care of herself, the Kotharis might create trouble. She also advises her to consider relocating soon.

Meanwhile, Anupama dozes off during a metro ride. At the same time, Prem continues to question Rahi about her decision to leave the city. She insists she has no desire to return to Mumbai yet avoids explaining why. Prem begins to wonder if something occurred while he had stepped away for a call.

Inside the metro, a sudden confrontation leaves Anupama shocked as a woman accuses her of being responsible for her son's death. Anupama is stunned, thinking it's Khyati blaming her for Aryan's demise. Khyati, consumed by grief, curses her, saying that just as she lost her son, Anupama will now face losing her daughter.

In a separate scene, Prarthana receives life-changing news that she is pregnant. Ansh tries to calm her down when she worries about how the Kotharis will react. Prarthana fears they won't let her separate from Gautam now. She pleads with Ansh to keep the news to himself.

Meanwhile, Parag asks Prem why Rahi didn't meet Manohar. Prem covers up by saying she wasn't feeling well. Rahi turns the conversation to Parag's health, and he mentions that Manohar will be visiting Ahmedabad soon. Prem silently observes that Rahi doesn't seem to be chasing her dreams, she appears to be escaping something.

Back with Anupama, she silently wishes for Prem and Rahi to always stay together. Bharti confronts her about not meeting Manohar and says her friend is hurt by it. Feeling guilty, Anupama decides to apologise and begins making tea.

As Jaspreet and Bharti discuss preparations for the Vat Savitri fast, Anupama is swept into memories of Anuj. A young girl approaches her for help with her saree, and Anupama gently assists her. Rahi, meanwhile, makes up her mind to observe the Vat Savitri fast for Prem, and the couple vows to be each other's forever. But in the back of her mind, Rahi blames Anupama, believing her presence has stolen everyone's happiness. Later, Rahi chats with Pari, who learns that Rahi has met Anupama. However, Rahi refuses to share the details of their encounter.

Gautam soon finds out about Prarthana's pregnancy and starts suspecting whether the child is his or Ansh's. On the other hand, Prarthana firmly decides to continue with her pregnancy, and Ansh assures her of his full support. In an emotional moment, Prarthana misses Anupama's presence in her life. Anupama reflects on how Rahi and Mahi continue to hold her responsible for the loss of their happiness. She once again prays sincerely for peace and joy to return to both Rahi and Mahi's lives.
