Anupamaa: Pakhi predicts a love triangle brewing between Rahi, Prem, and Mahi

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Ansh notices Prem playing with a ball instead of sleeping and asks him about it. Prem responds that he isn't feeling sleepy. Curious, Prem asks Ansh about a girl, but Ansh dismisses the topic, stating he would never date someone from a dating app and stays away from such complications. Satisfied, Prem responds with a smile, "Good," acknowledging that Ansh is steering clear of trouble.

The two then discuss about love, prompting Prem to reveal that he has never been in a relationship. As their conversation deepens, Ansh compares Prem to Anuj and teases him by asking about his ideal partner. Prem describes Rahi as his dream girl, but Ansh laughs, warning that Prem might stay single if he's searching for someone like her. Despite this, Prem remains hopeful about winning Rahi's love.

Meanwhile, Anupama instructs Prem to quickly finish packing an order. She mentions that Rahi has gone out to buy milk but seems preoccupied, thinking about both Mahi and Rahi. Her concern for Prem overwhelms her, and she faints. On the other hand, Rahi grows frustrated, waiting for a call from Prem. When he finally calls, she angrily rejects it and scolds him for reaching out.

The Shahs call the doctor to check on Anupama. He advises the family to keep her stress-free. Mahi encourages Anupama to rest, but she assures everyone that she is fine. Prem later runs into Rahi, but she coldly ignores him. He informs her about Anupama's fainting, which immediately worries Rahi. Determined to help, Prem tells Rahi he will take care of her. Anupama, however, reassures Rahi not to stress over her health

Together, Rahi and Mahi resolve to assist Anupama, and Prem offers to support them. Meanwhile, Pakhi speculates to Ishani about the possibility of a love triangle forming between Rahi, Prem, and Mahi, expressing concern that it could further stress Anupama.

Later, Rahi rejects Prem's love confession, leaving him heartbroken. She explains that love is a complicated feeling, and she isn't ready for a relationship. Rahi values Prem as a friend and says she needs a companion and supporter more than a romantic partner. Disappointed, Prem asks why she didn't turn him down earlier. Rahi admits she was initially shocked and unsure.

Overwhelmed by his emotions, Prem gets into his jeep, prompting Rahi to ask if he is upset with her. Though deeply hurt, Prem responds calmly, saying that it's not her fault if she doesn't love him. However, he admits that he cannot let go of his feelings for her and promises to wait patiently, hoping that one day his love will conquer her fears. With these words, he drives off.

Meanwhile, Rahi picks up the pen that Prem had dropped and heads toward the house when Anupama stops her, asking if everything is okay. Rahi forces a smile and reassures her that all is fine. However, Anupama remains unconvinced and begins to ponder the nature of Rahi and Prem's relationship, questioning whether it is just friendship or something deeper.

Although Prem manages to maintain his composure in front of Rahi, he breaks down once he is alone. Overwhelmed by heartache, he continues driving but feels the weight of rejection. The world around him seems to freeze, and everywhere he looks, he sees Rahi's face. Unable to contain his frustration, Prem stops the jeep, gets out, and runs aimlessly. He reaches a tree, where, consumed by pain and anger, he vents his emotions by repeatedly punching it, asking why such misfortune befell him.

As Prem reminisces about his moments with Rahi, a group of goons suddenly confronts him. They demand his belongings, but Prem stands frozen in shock. One of the goons snatches Prem's phone and notices Rahi's picture as his wallpaper. They begin mocking Rahi, which enrages Prem. He punches one of the goons and grabs his phone back, holding it close to his chest. This sparks a violent altercation, during which the goons overpower and beat him. Luckily, some passersby notice the commotion and intervene, forcing the goons to flee. The bystanders assist Prem, ensuring he is okay before leaving.

Meanwhile, back at home, Mahi is deeply troubled by the tension between Rahi and Prem. When Rahi tries to comfort her, Mahi lashes out, leading to an argument between them. Their fight escalates, causing Anupama to scold both for wasting food. However, the situation takes a serious turn when Anupama informs them that Prem is missing. A panicked Mahi discovers that Prem's phone is switched off, leaving everyone worried about his whereabouts.

Elsewhere, Prem gazes at his phone's wallpaper, staring at Rahi's picture. Despite his pain, he reaffirms his love for her, vowing to cherish his feelings forever.
