Anupamaa: Mahi turns down Kavya's gift, wants Anupama to perform her kanyadaan

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, the Kothari family grows increasingly anxious about Aryan's deteriorating health. Prem and Rahi discuss Aryan's stomach pain in hushed tones, which catches Khyati's attention. Upset, she questions Prem for hiding the situation from her. Parag intervenes and criticises both Prem and Rahi for not informing the elders sooner. Moti Baa questions if they two now feel they're mature enough to make such decisions alone. Amidst this tension, Khyati recommends calling a doctor, but Aryan refuses medical attention and insists on self-medicating.

Meanwhile, Anupama lovingly presents a necklace to Mahi, who lights up with joy. However, her excitement fades when she learns it was actually Kavya who purchased it. Mahi declines the gift and instead expresses heartfelt affection for Anupama, requesting that she perform her kanyadaan. Touched by the gesture, Anupama holds back tears and tells Mahi to stay strong, reminding her that her big day is fast approaching.

Privately, Aryan takes a concealed drug dose, revealing that his dependency is tied to withdrawal issues. He promises himself to quit the habit after the wedding.

Elsewhere, tensions run high as Gautam barges into Prarthana's room and aggressively confronts her over the pending divorce. During the altercation, Prarthana discreetly records his threatening behaviour on her phone. Gautam accuses her of relying on Anupama's support to gain the upper hand. Sensing trouble, Prem and Rahi sneak into Prarthana's room, but she avoids discussing Gautam's behaviour with them. Later, Prarthana reveals the recorded video to the siblings. While Prem suggests showing it to Parag immediately, Prarthana insists on waiting for a more opportune moment.

Preparations for Aryan and Mahi's wedding continue in full swing. Aryan, concerned for his health, offers a silent prayer, hoping to get through the ceremony without issues. The Kotharis perform a symbolic ritual inviting divine blessings for the occasion.

Over at the Shah house, Hasmuk explains Leela's absence, mentioning her sister's poor health. Meanwhile, Anupama runs into Raghav unexpectedly. Both exchange apologies and decide to let bygones be bygones. While walking through the venue, Anupama is disheartened to see the wedding decorations in disarray. Raghav offers her emotional support, after which Anupama rolls up her sleeves and restores the decor with determination.

Elsewhere, Raja tells Anupama that he wishes to marry Ishani after Aryan and Mahi's wedding. Later, Anupama notices Kinjal worrying about Pari's future marriage. Sensing her unease, Anupama comforts her by saying that physical appearance is secondary to a good heart and encourages her to support Pari's ambitions and career instead of rushing into marriage.

With the wedding festivities picking up pace, Anupama motivates herself to stay strong and give Mahi the best celebration possible. Ansh shares a light-hearted moment with Mahi, Pari, and Ishani as they take group photos. However, he soon voices his fear of being left alone once all three get married. Pari assures him they will always stay connected, while Mahi teases him about his own future wedding.

As a sweet gesture, Anupama presents Mahi with a cherished family photo, adding to the emotional weight of the day. Aryan, however, is once again troubled by stomach pain but brushes it aside as the baraat celebrations commence. The Kotharis revel in the joyful atmosphere and the Shah family warmly welcomes them. Mahi beams with excitement as her big moment draws near.

During the celebrations, Gautam notices Prarthana and Ansh chatting closely. Anupama catches Gautam's watchful eyes and firmly tells him that whether he joins the wedding or not is entirely his choice, she's unbothered either way.
