In the upcoming episode of Anupamaa, an intense drama unfolds during Rahi and Prem's Haldi ceremony as the Kotharis visit the Shahs. Amid the celebrations, Mahi pulls an unimaginable stunt, which doesn't go unnoticed by Anupamaa.

As Prem searches for Rahi, he mistakenly approaches Mahi, believing her to be his fiancée. Unaware of the mix-up, he hugs her from behind, assuming it's Rahi. Just then, Anupama steps into Rahi's room. Initially, she assumes it's Rahi and Prem sharing a romantic moment and tries to look away. However, as Prem lifts the towel, she is left shocked and heartbroken upon seeing Mahi instead of Rahi.

The sight instantly triggers Anupama's painful past, as she recalls a similar heartbreaking moment when she had walked in on Vanraj and Kavya together, shattering her married life.

Meanwhile, Prem, still unaware, moves closer to kiss Mahi, while Mahi gazes back at him. Just then, Anupama, her voice trembling in disbelief, utters Mahi's name. Hearing this, Prem immediately opens his eyes, only to realize the shocking truth—it's not Rahi, but Mahi in front of him.
