Anupamaa: Khyati tries to END her life, Kotharis DO NOT come to see her in hospital

The episode begins with Prem angrily holding the Kothari family responsible for Khyati’s deteriorating condition. He warns that if anything happens to her, he won’t spare anyone involved. Vasundhara, however, shifts the blame onto Anupama, reminding everyone that she had taken Khyati under her care.

Amidst the tension, Aryan cruelly remarks that it’s good Khyati finally saw her own faults and even goes so far as to say he wouldn’t care if she fell into a well. This enrages Prem, and Rahi questions Vasundhara’s harsh judgment. Although Prem had issues with Khyati, he feels Parag has some unspoken connection with her and asks for his help in locating her. Rahi supports the idea, citing Parag’s contacts. But Parag coldly declines.

Anil, shocked by Parag’s indifference, decides to assist Prem and Rahi himself. Aryan brushes off Khyati’s disappearance as emotional manipulation, calling her an attention-seeker, which further provokes Parag. He warns Aryan to stay out of the matter and not drag him into it. Gautam, observing the situation, mocks Aryan, asking him what his next move will be now that Khyati’s actions are affecting him. Elsewhere, Leela criticizes Anupama for taking Khyati’s responsibility in the first place. Paritosh points out how Anupama keeps putting herself in harm’s way—from caring for Khyati to now leading the search. Pakhi worries about Ishani’s situation, while Hasmuk prays for everyone’s safety and peace.

The police have yet to file a missing person’s report, leaving Prem frustrated. Anupama blames herself for everything, but Anil encourages her to stay strong and promises to stand by her. Prem also regrets not being more careful with Khyati. Meanwhile, Parag begins to panic, fearing Khyati might take a drastic step. Prarthana pleads with him to forgive her and bring her home, sharing her growing concern. The search team—Anupama, Anil, Prem, Rahi, and Ansh—continues their efforts. Rahi learns that Khyati never made it back to her brother. Anupama finds a bangle belonging to Khyati lying on the roadside, heightening the urgency.

On the other side, Khyati is devastated, questioning why God took everything from her in exchange for Prem. Feeling hopeless, she prepares to end her life. Anupama reaches a nearby temple, hoping to find her, but comes up empty-handed and breaks down, pleading with God to guide her. Back at home, Pari tries to confront Ishani about her risky behavior and urges her to expose the drug dealer. Ishani shuts her down, saying it’s too late and that no one can help her now. Realizing Ishani is in deep trouble, Pari decides it’s time to inform Anupama.

Elsewhere, Raghav can’t stop thinking about what Rahi said earlier. Jhanki notices his unrest. When Raghav sees a photo of Parag, his anger resurfaces. Meanwhile, Mahi visits Aryan, and Vasundhara demands to know why she’s there. Aryan takes Mahi’s side as she subtly manipulates him to serve her own agenda. Later, Rahi gets a call from the hospital requesting someone to come and identify an unclaimed body. Anupama and Prem head to the Kothari mansion to take Parag with them. Though deeply shaken, Parag agrees. At the hospital, relief washes over them when they discover the body isn’t Khyati’s. Anupama makes a silent vow to find her before it’s too late.

Finally, Anupama tracks Khyati down just in time—she had tried to end her life. Rushing her to the hospital, Anupama ensures she receives urgent medical care. Prem expresses heartfelt gratitude. When Khyati regains consciousness, she is heartbroken to realize no one from the Kothari family came to see her.
