Anupamaa: Jhanki learns about Rahi and Prem's love sacrifice

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, Pakhi tries to sway Mahi by convincing her that Rahi poses a potential threat to her relationship with Prem. She persuades Mahi to address her engagement with Prem before Rahi manages to ensnare him in her love. Meanwhile, Mahi envisions Prem and Rahi's wedding, which unsettles her. Pakhi believes Anupama would side with Rahi if Prem starts developing feelings for her. Mahi, troubled by the idea of losing Prem, imagines his wedding with Rahi, which leaves her deeply unsettled.

After Mahi abruptly leaves, Pakhi feels triumphant and strategies to create more turmoil in Prem and Mahi's evolving relationship. Determined to secure her place, Mahi directly approaches Anupama, requesting her engagement with Prem to be finalised. However, Anupama reprimands Mahi for her impulsiveness. Amid this, Baa advises Anupama to proceed with the engagement to avoid neighbourhood gossip and unwanted speculation. Mahi, desperate to move forward, pleads with Anupama to agree, expressing her fear that Prem might change his mind and leave her.

As this conversation unfolds, Prem overhears Mahi's concerns. Observing the situation, Anupama approaches Prem and seeks his opinion, making it clear that the next step will only be taken when he is ready. However, upon seeing Rahi, Prem unexpectedly agrees to the engagement, leaving Rahi visibly unsettled.

Later, Anupama notices Rahi lost in thought and asks her what's on her mind. Rahi confides that she's feeling overwhelmed, as she believes she will have to step into Mahi's role in Anupama's life once Mahi gets married. Anupama reassures Rahi, telling her that she holds a unique place in her life. Trying to stay composed, Rahi suppresses her tears when Anupama shares sweets to celebrate Mahi's engagement. Later, Anupama excitedly asks Jhanki and the other staff members to celebrate with a dance. However, Jhanki observes Rahi's discomfort.

Anupama shares with the ladies that Mahi and Prem's wedding is a blend of love and arranged marriage. Noticing Rahi's inner conflict, Jhanki confronts her and discloses that she is aware of Rahi and Prem's feelings for each other. Rahi pleads with Jhanki to keep her emotions a secret.

Meanwhile, Prem goes out on a date with Mahi. During their conversation, Mahi confesses that Prem is her first love and curiously asks if he has experienced a first love before. This prompts Prem to think about Rahi. Upon learning that Prem has already experienced first love, Mahi resolves to become his ultimate love. While dancing with Mahi, Prem finds himself imagining Rahi and accidentally confesses his love in his thoughts. When Mahi questions him about what he said, Prem deflects by saying he will eventually express his feelings for her. Encouraged, Mahi decides to wait for Prem's declaration.

Back home, Jhanki questions Rahi on how she plans to handle her emotions during Prem and Mahi's engagement. To mask her pain, Rahi consumes chillies, an act Prem notices. In solidarity, Prem eats chillies too and then shares a video with Mahi, which deeply moves Rahi. Meanwhile, Toshu declares that he won't invest in Mahi's wedding, prompting Kinjal to reveal that she has been saving money for Pari's wedding instead.

On another front, Pakhi advises Ishani against falling in love, insisting that financial stability outweighs romantic feelings. Anupama later shows Rahi some bangles and asks if they would suit Mahi, sparking an emotional conversation between the two. As Rahi's thoughts drift back to Prem, she encounters him unexpectedly. At the same time, Mahi warns Rahi to behave respectfully with Prem and to stop treating him like just an employee.
