Anupamaa: Anupama folds hands and apologises to Gautam publicly

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, tensions rise as Rahi criticises Prathana for defending Gautam, calling her irrational. Prem, on the other hand, believes Prathana is simply scared of him. Meanwhile, Parag expresses his frustration, stating that he tolerates both Rahi and Anupama only because of Prem.

Ansh urges Prathana to stand up for herself, but the situation escalates when Gautam accuses him of trying to manipulate her. He claims that Ansh deliberately sent Prathana to a room and then followed her. However, Ansh defends himself, stating he was only there to collect some belongings. Despite this, Gautam remains firm in his accusations, leading to Ansh feeling betrayed when Prathana fails to support him.

At the Shah household, Moti Baa holds the family responsible for the ongoing turmoil. Rahi attempts to make her understand Prathana's situation, comparing it to Anupama's struggles. She emphasises her faith in Anupama, but Moti Baa counters that the family is being ridiculed because of her.

Anupama tries to explain that Prathana is dealing with immense pressure, but Parag refuses to believe her. Prem, feeling regretful, admits that he failed to stand by Prathana earlier and now believes she must face the consequences alone. Meanwhile, Moti Baa apologises to Gautam, acknowledging that while no one had ever questioned him before, Anupama chose to do so today. However, Gautam insists that Moti Baa need not apologise on Anupama's behalf.

Parag then demands that Anupama apologise to Gautam. She refuses, warning him that one day he will regret not trusting her. However, Moti Baa and Parag insist that if she wants Rahi and Prem's wedding to proceed smoothly, she must comply.

In an unexpected turn, Prem and Rahi take a stand for Anupama, confronting Parag over his unfair demands. Despite their efforts, Anupama ultimately decides to apologise for the sake of Rahi's marriage. Ansh follows suit, and both he and Anupama apologise to Gautam. Leela and Hasmukh then agree to move forward with the wedding.

Meanwhile, Prathana becomes emotional, but Gautam dismisses her actions as mere duty towards her family rather than an act of kindness toward him. He declares that he will neither let Prathana leave nor leave her side.

Elsewhere, Meeta confronts Raja about his feelings for Ishani. She warns him against pursuing Ishani, emphasising that he is destined to marry into a wealthy family. Unknown to them, Ishani and Pakhi overhear their conversation, and Ishani is overjoyed by what she learns.

Anupama then advises Rahi to ensure all wedding rituals are performed on time. A flashback sequence follows, showing Anupama reminiscing about a private birthday celebration with Anuj. Later, the Shahs gather to celebrate Anupama's birthday, but she refuses to participate. Despite her reluctance, the family remains eager to celebrate the occasion.

Returning to the present, Rahi reflects on how a mother sacrifices herself for her children. She acknowledges that Anupama endured a lot on her birthday and admits feeling guilty that Anupama had to apologize to Gautam because of her. However, Anupama reassures her and advises her to handle Prathana's situation with patience. Determined, Rahi vows to teach Gautam a lesson for disrespecting Anupama. Anupama, in turn, expresses faith that Prathana will eventually find the courage to stand up for herself. She then asks Rahi to focus on her wedding.
