Anupamaa: Anupama berates Aadhya for her disrespectful behaviour towards Anupama

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) reassures Aadhya, urging her not to be afraid as she's by her side. Aadhya clings to her hand and begins to walk. Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) receives a message and texts Shruti. Vikram instructs Yashdeep to fetch some items. Anupama escorts Aadhya to the spice and chutney restaurant. Vikram and Yashdeep inquire about the situation. Anupama seats Aadhya, and Vikram serves them water, followed by juice. 

Anupama advises Aadhya to drink slowly while Yashdeep seeks clarification on the incident. Anuj silently expresses relief that Aadhya is safe with Anupama. Vikram acknowledges their timely arrival, and Anupama credits divine intervention for ensuring Aadhya's safety. She expresses gratitude that her daughter is unharmed and instructs her to relax. However, Aadhya's resentment surfaces when Anupama repeatedly calls her "Choti," sparking her anger. Yashdeep intervenes, acknowledging Anupama's role in saving Aadhya.

Aadhya's accusations

Aadhya accuses Anuj of prioritising Anupama over everyone else and criticises her mother's decisions, suggesting they've caused turmoil for the family. She highlights the repercussions of elders' actions on the younger generation, blaming Anupama for disrupting their lives. Aadhya accuses Anupama of wanting everything her way and making everyone dance to her tune.

Anupama's outburst towards Aadhya

Anupama silences her outburst, reminding her daughter to show respect. She acknowledges Aadhya's pain but condemns her disrespectful behaviour, emphasising empathy and consideration for others' feelings. Stuck in traffic, Anuj is unable to intervene. Anupama questions where Aadhya learned to speak harshly and insists she deserves respect, not to be treated like a punching bag or a doormat. Anupama asks Aadhya to think about others' feelings and reminds her of the dangers she faced when she left home. She apologises for any hurtful words but stands firm in her demand for respect.

Anupama explains that she didn't come looking for them but for a job. She emphasises that she doesn't want to interfere in their lives. She reminds Aadhya of her love for all her children and her past sacrifices. Finally, Anuj and Shruti arrive, and Anupama asks them to take Aadhya away and make her understand that she isn't trying to come between them. She warns Aadhya not to put herself in danger again. Anuj thanks Anupama, and they leave, with Aadhya seeking comfort from Shruti. Anupama bids them farewell, hoping for peace.
