Anupamaa: Anupama aids Aadhya in getting an injection

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) is taken aback when he discovers that Shruti (Sukirti Kandpal) has replaced Anupama's (Rupali Ganguly) photo in his wallet. This revelation leaves him unsettled, and Anupama becomes emotional, choosing to burn the picture of herself with Anuj and Anu. Confronting Shruti, Anuj expresses his concerns, but Shruti insists that the picture is rightfully in place.

Anupama reflects on her inability to move forward while constantly reminiscing about Anu and Anuj. She admits that they will always hold a place in her heart, symbolized by her burning their picture. Meanwhile, Leela questions Vanraj's decision to send Pakhi back to India, to which he responds by expressing distrust towards Pakhi and deciding to return to India with the Shahs. Vanraj searches for Dimple and Ansh, discovering that Dimple has taken Ansh away. Upon Dimple's return, Vanraj becomes suspicious and takes a promise from Ansh to never leave him. Dimple challenges Vanraj, questioning what would happen if she opposed his decision regarding Ansh's custody.

Anupama comforts Aadhya:

Diya proposes to Anupama the idea of participating in the Super Star Chef competition, bringing joy to Anupama. Additionally, she suggests Anupama take the lead in a dancing competition. Anuj grapples with his feelings for Anupama while assisting Shruti, who misunderstands his intentions. Later, Anuj receives a shocking phone call.

During a dance rehearsal, Anupama injures her hand, causing concern for her well-being. Aadya also sustains an injury, prompting Anuj and Shruti to assist her despite her reluctance to see a doctor. Meanwhile, Vanraj faces turmoil regarding Pakhi's behaviour and his decision regarding her future. As both Anupama and Aadhya find themselves in the hospital, Anuj is surprised to encounter Anupama there. Despite her own injury, Anupama worries about Aadhya. Aadhya's fear of injections becomes apparent, and despite Anuj's efforts to reassure her, she remains terrified. Anupama steps in to comfort Aadhya during the injection, inadvertently opening a door to an awkward situation as their shared past comes to the surface. Meanwhile, Vanraj grapples with family tensions surrounding Pakhi's actions.
