Anupamaa: Anuj overhears Vanraj and Anupama's conversation about Kavya's truth

Tonight's episode of Anupamaa begins with Kavya (Madalsa Sharma) expressing her relief after a doctor assures her about her baby's well-being. However, an underlying sense of fear lingers. Meanwhile, chaos erupts in the Shah household as Baa (Alpana Buch) scolds Dimple (Nishi Saxena) for a kitchen mishap. Baa's scolding of Dimple escalates, leading to an awkward encounter with Dimple's friend Soniya. Baa's strictness about kitchen rules further upsets Soniya, causing tension in the house. Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey) becomes frustrated with the ongoing banter and throws his bag on the floor, intensifying the household chaos.

Kavya's Accident: 

Kavya enters the scene and tries to mediate, but a coughing fit from Baa leads to an accident involving water on the floor. Kavya slips and falls, adding to the episode's drama. Meanwhile, Anupama senses something amiss. Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) advises her to be cautious as the offerings to God in Kavya's name are at risk. Anupama receives a call and rushes to the hospital with Anuj. The episode shifts to the hospital, where Anupama and Vanraj stand by Kavya. Vanraj surprisingly prays for Kavya and their unborn child, leaving Anupama astonished by his change of heart.

Family members at the Shah house blame Dimple for the kitchen mishap. Tensions rise as accusations are hurled, but Samar (Sagar) defends Dimple, causing further discord. Anupama appreciates Vanraj's concern for the baby, and a nurse interrupts to summon Vanraj to meet the doctor. Dimple confides in Kinjal (Nidhi Shah) about the blame placed on her. They turn to prayer for solace and support.

Hospital Update: 

The doctor reports normal sonography results but mentions abdominal pain, leading to 24-hour observation for Kavya. Vanraj seeks Anupama's reassurance. Samar updates Dimple on the situation, and she asks him not to let anyone else pay for the hospital bills. Dimple realizes the impact of anger and commits to change. Anuj sympathizes with Vanraj and inquires about Anupama's well-being. Anupama contemplates sharing something important but gets interrupted by Samar.

Vanraj's Reassurance: 

Vanraj enters Kavya's ward, comforts her, and assures her that both she and the baby are fine. Family members argue about Dimple's involvement, but Anupama handles questions about Pakhi's (Muskan Bamne) well-being. Pakhi and Romil (Viraaj Kapoor) discuss her forgiving nature and the ongoing turmoil with Adhik (Adhik Mehta). Adhik overhears their conversation, causing further tension. Kavya urges Vanraj to defend Dimple to Baa and requests prayers for her baby's well-being. A moment of uncertainty arises when Vanraj inadvertently refers to the baby as "his baby."
