Anupamaa: Anuj mistakes Nandita's daughter for Aadhya

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Titu and Kinjal express concern about Aadhya. Titu mentions he has reached out to his contacts to gather information on Shruti and Aadhya. Kinjal adds that Anuj (Gaurav Khanna) and Aadhya's social media profiles offer no clear insights. Titu decides to seek assistance from Yashdeep, but Vanraj intervenes, discouraging Kinjal and Titu from aiding Anupama (Rupali Ganguly). He urges Titu to prioritise his responsibilities towards Dimple and Ansh.

Titu confronts Vanraj, asserting that he is a dedicated father, husband, and son. He accuses Vanraj of fearing the loss of control over Dimple and Ansh if he bonds with them. Titu claims Vanraj is deliberately keeping him away from Dimple and Ansh. Vanraj challenges Titu to visit Anupama's ashram if he wants to support her.

Anupama takes Anuj to an asylum:

Bala informs Sagar that Anupama is missing, prompting Sagar to consider telling Hasmuk. Indra worries that this news will distress Hasmuk. Meanwhile, Anupama takes Anuj to an asylum, where Sagar and Bala assist him. Vanraj demands Titu leave his house. Kinjal steps in, urging Vanraj and Titu to cease their quarrel. She defends Titu, drawing a comparison with Toshu. Vanraj declares that no one from the Shah household will assist Anupama. Titu confides in Kinjal that his commitment to Dimple and Ansh prevents him from leaving. He resolves to contact Yashdeep.

The doctor warns Anupama that Anuj must regain consciousness soon, or they will need to transfer him to a hospital. Nandita and Indra urge Anupama to rest, but she refuses to leave Anuj's side. Kinjal visits Anupama, assuring her not to worry about Anuj. Kinjal believes only Anupama can alleviate Anuj's pain. Anupama continues to care for Anuj.

Leela and Kinjal plan to welcome Menu:

When Anuj awakens, Anupama decides to stay out of his sight. Anuj's scarf gets caught in Anupama's hand. Kinjal discovers Leela holding a letter from Hasmuk. Leela questions Kinjal's visit to Anupama. Kinjal remains determined to support Anupama. Leela is furious at Hasmuk for not taking her to Rajkot.

Anupama observes Anuj spending time with Kaveri and having coffee. Indra, Nandita, Sagar, and Bala tend to Anuj. Anuj spots Aasha, which triggers memories of Aadhya. Anupama asks Anuj about Aadhya, leaving him devastated. Meanwhile, Leela and Kinjal plan to welcome Menu. Pakhi and Toshu oppose Menu's return to India, with Pakhi particularly unhappy about Menu staying at the Shah house. Leela explains that Menu is close to Anupama. Vanraj instructs Leela to stop mentioning Anupama. The episode concludes with Nandita reassuring Anupama that she will reunite with Anuj this time.
