Anupamaa: Anu PRAISES Raahi's upbringing in front of the Kotharis after she REFUSES to marry Prem for family

Star Plus' super hit and much-loved show Anupamaa continues to captivate audiences with its gripping twists and emotional depth. The current storyline revolves around the grand wedding celebrations of Prem and Raahi, bringing a mix of joy, drama, and heartfelt moments as it has been coming with its own set of hurdles.

India Forums had earlier informed its readers about Moti Ba calling off Raahi and Prem's wedding after learning about Raahi's mother being a 'bar dancer.' Prem then decides to marry Raahi in a temple, however, she refuses, stating that she cannot hurt his family. This creates a rift between Prem and Raahi and he decides to leave. Kotharis along with Anupamaa reach the temple and witness this fallout. Now, after Anupamaa learns of Raahi's decision to call off the wedding, she decides to stand by her and further tells the Kotharis that this is what Raahi's upbringing is. She states that Raahi called off the wedding because she did not want to elope and get married to Prem and hurt his family. Anu says that even though Raahi is hurt now, she will stand by and protect her daughter. She further asks the Kotharis to understand Prem and his condition and advises them to listen to him. Anu tells the Kotharis that Prem's decision to elope with Raahi may have been wrong but it was out of the fear of losing his love and that he is not wrong there.

The Kotharis carefully listen to Anu speak without uttering a single world. Whether or not they have a change of heart and help Prem and Raahi reunite is something that the viewers will witness in the upcoming episodes of Anupamaa.
