2021 is about to end and we are just a few hours away from entering an all new year. It has truly been quite a year given the pandemic that we have all been dealing with. However, everyone has had their highs and their lows and are now looking forward to a better year ahead. India Forums got talking to actors from Rajan Shahi's Anupamaa and well, everyone is of a similar viewpoint too.

Sudhanshu Pandey: 2021 has been very very very testing as far as the times are concerned, and I would still like to say that we are blessed because we went through tough times, as far as the show is concerned, the lead actors got COVID, we came out of it, we shot outside of Bombay for two months but we kept going and it was adventurous to do it. If i look back at 2021, it ahs given us a lot, it ahs taught us a lot and given us a new perspective for life and it ahs been a great guru of life. I am hoping that in 2022 we do much better than we did last year, take cue from alst year, take care of ourself and family and focus on our work and professionalism and take care of everything around us - our environment and hygiene and be wise as possible.

Anagha Bhosale: This year was a roller coaster ride for me and there were ups and downs and mostly, it turned out to be phantastic year. Our hopes were down with COVID happening and so many people getting affected but we fought it together and still are fighting the pandemic, together as a world, we try to defeat it and still are defeating it. That's what 2021 was all about. There were positives too, we all came together as one, the entire world came together as one, even on our shoot, the entire Anupamaa family, we try to grow closer, everyone on the team became an amazing family. 2022 is coming and of course I have new year resolutions and we are focusing on the positives and it will definitely turn out to be amazing for all of us, I am hoping and praying for the best. I am really excited for the New Year and new year, new me, and all of us are going to try to get better at what we are and what we are doing or working. I am expecting a lot of changes, for good, and I am waiting for those magical changes.

Alpana Buch: Before saying goodbye to the year 2021, I just want to express all my gratitude .Year 2021 gave me a different height in my career, it gave me some wonderful friends. Even my daughter achieved a lot on her career front. This year brought me lot of happiness. My new year resolution is just to be happy and healthy and make others happy and healthy. While saying goodbye to 2021 I pray to god to  erase this pandemic from our life and our dictionary. Wishing you all a very happy new year. 

Madalsa Sharma: The year 2021 has gone by 'chupke se'. Yes quietly. The nation defeated the Coronavirus and life came down almost to normal. And now just before entering 2022, the Omicron variant and the rise in the number of cases, shook us once again. So for the New Year, I just pray that we give tough fight to the pandemic once again and stay safe and healthy.  I want our nation to progress, and pray for the peace and prosperity of each one of us.
