Rishi Kapoor’s untimely death was a shock to the entire nation as he has finally started on his journey to heavenly adobe. Loved ones, friends, family, and fans continue to mourn the death of the beloved artist/Chintuji and have remembered him for his art. Without a doubt, Anupam Kher and Rishi Kapoor shared a special bond with each other and he even visited the late actor during his treatment back in the states. 

Kher is an avid social media user and he shares pictures and videos to keep his fans all updated about his routine. The 65-year-old recently met Neetu Kapoor in Chandigarh and remembered Chintuji.   

Sharing throwback pictures of them, Kher maintained that he is happy to see Neetu getting back at work and how their meet had triggered off so many memories of them together in New York.

In his note, the Saaransh actor even tagged Riteish Deshmukh and wife Genelia Deshmukh. 

“Dearest @neetu54!! Meeting you last night in Chandigarh without #RishiJi triggered off so many memories of us together in New York. Our shared tears made the bond of those moments stronger. These pics are a reminder of how #ChintuJi had a larger than life persona. I am so happy that you are working. You have made him the happiest person by doing so. We, your friends are always there for you. Remember "There are some relationships which are like a pause button on a tape recorder. They always start from where you left them!" In 2018, Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with cancer for the first time, following which the actor was in New York for nearly a year to undergo treatment. He returned to India in September 2019 after recovering.

However, the actor faced a cancer relapse and succumbed to death. Rishi is survived by his wife Neetu Kapoor and kids Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahani.
