Anuj's surprise for Anu; Baapuji's health deteriorate in 'Anupamaa'

Star Plus show 'Anupamaa' is getting quite interesting with each passing episode. The current track of the show revolves around Anu and Anuj's wedding preparations. Toshu and Pakhi have also agreed to be a part of the wedding. This has left Vanraj disappointed.

In the upcoming episodes, the young brigade talk about the tilak ritual and that's when Vanraj comes there. He looks disappointed. Samar, Toshu, Kinjal and Pakhi discuss about why Vanraj is sad. Kinjal rightly points out that Vanraj feels that Anuj would snatch away his children from him.

Baapuji gets soap water and does Anupamaa's manicure. Baa tries to taunt them and tries to stop Baapuji but in vain. Anu witnesses Baapuji feeling uneasy but he lies to her that he ate fried and spicy food secretly. Anu scolds him.

Anu aska Baapuji as to why Anuj is picking her up. He denies to reveal the reason. Anu picks up Anu and blindfolds her as he takes her into the jewellery shop. Anu gets pleasantly surprised as she enters the shop. The staff treat her with extreme respect and she feels overwhelmed and emotional. Anuj asks her to select a ring of her own choice. Anu recalls how she didn't like the ring given to her by Vanraj's family but she had to wear it as her mother insisted.

Samar, Toshu, Pakhi and Kinjal keep Anuj's engagement ring near the temple. Anuj gifts a ring to Anu and she shares her thoughts on a women's love for jewellery and her will to own it.
