Another Deol to hit the scenes!

It was earlier reported that Ahana's debut ticket was to be Vikramaditya Motwane's film Muqabloo. However, that film is now on hold and no one is sure about when work for the movie will resume. So what's a girl to do? The obvious of course! Ahana is going to make her Bollywood debut with a different film.

The younger Deol daughter is going to be launched in a movie by Aparna Sen, acclaimed director of 36 Chowrangee Lane, Mr and Mrs Iyer and more recently The Japanese Wife. According to sources, Aparna's project will be produced by Hema Malini and interestingly will be a modern version of the classic romantic story Romeo & Juliet. Ahana's reported Romeo in this yet untitled film will be Prateik Babbar. Shooting for this project will begin in September this year.
