Ankita Bhargava opens up about her upcoming WEB DAILY for Vikram Bhatt's Unafraid

TV actors are venturing into the digital space, courtesy the scope for exploration and the quality content it has to offer. Jamai Raja fame Nia Sharma made her digital debut with Vikram Bhatt series Twisted, and another actress who is all set to venture into digital space with an upcoming web series, Unafraid is Ankita Bhargava who has been away from the TV screens for quite some time now.

When quizzed Ankita about her upcoming project, she says, "I was done with saas-bahu sagas and mythological shows, and I did not wish to do that anymore so I was waiting for something interesting to come my way. Our generation is more focused on what we see on web because the content is different than television. I've observed that web is the future and this is the right time to explore the platform."

Adding further, she says "This series came to me two months ago and we had started preparing for it and were about to start but then I was supposed to leave for Budapest with my husband so we pushed it a little further. Now, we've begun shooting and this is going to be a first web show which will be airing daily from Monday to Friday and it is for Vikram Bhatt's production, where it's his story and his screenplay. It will be a crime based investigation show," she added.

The series will be a first of its kind and will be aired after Vikram's app is launched in January. Ankita has already begun shooting for the series.
