Interent trolls are definitely on the look-out for something new to rain hate on. We have had several cases of celebrities being berated and shamed for posts on their social media handles. Recently, Anjum Fakih ended up posting what looked like a basic car selfie that is a common trend among social media users. The Kundali Bhagya actress received the most unnecessary amount of flak for the post.

Take a look at what the haters had to say-

Some went on to condemn her on religious grounds claiming that she is offending the sentiments of muslims and since she is a muslim, she shouldn't be putting up pics in such a "revealing" top. They went even further and made lewd comments, shaming her for her clothing choices.

It is quite an outrageous response and we think the actress, like all the others who are relentlessly trolled does not deserve the flak coming her way. While some fans did stand up for the actress, the number of trolls were substantially larger as instances of women of TV industry being subject to online harassment in the comment section are on the rise in recent times.

We probably have a really long way to go in terms of letting women exercise their right to wear what they want and post as they please. Until then, exposing the trolls builds awareness. What are your opinions on this?
