Anjana Padmanabhan takes away the trophy!

The popular singing reality show Indian Idol Junior on Sony TV, journey comes to an end. The very talented junior singer Anjana Padmanabhan took away the trophy of Indian Idol Junior.

Through out the entire journey of the show the very talented kids entertained the audience with their singing skills. The top 5 contestants awaited for the moment to know the winner of the show which came to an end today in the Grand finale episode of the show.

The top 5 contestants were Anjana Padmanabhan, Nirvesh, Dibanjana Karmarkar, Anmol Jaiswal  and Sugandha Date. As Sugandha's exit from the show broke many hearts of the people but the show further had its Semifinal round where the contestants sang the songs of very renowned and eminent music director Pyarelal.

Shekhar Ravjiani welcomed Mr. Amitabh Bachchan by singing his song 'Mere Paas Aao Doston Tumhe Ek Kissa Sunata Hoon'. All the contestants were honored to sing Amitabh Bachchan's melodious songs. Anjana sang foot tapping song from Amitabh's film Don, 'Yeh Mera Dil Pyaar Ka Deewana'. It came as a double bonus for the winner Anjana who was awarded the trophy by superstar Amitabh Bachchan.

Out of the four contestants lucky Anjana Padmanabhan took away the trophy of Indian Idol Junior. An escastic Anjana said,"I had never expected to win this trophy. I am feeling very nice to receive the trophy." Anjana's parents were extremely thrilled to see her daughter winning the first Indian idol Junior trophy. She was awarded a trophy along with a cheque of Rs. 25 Lakhs.

All the three judges Shreya Ghoshal, Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani congratulated the little southern girl with heart warming wishes.
