Anjan Srivastav enters Mrs. & Mr. Sharma Allahabad wale

Viewers have been enjoying the situational comedy in the SAB TV show Mrs. & Mr. Sharma Allahabad wale produced by Starex entertainment. More laughter is getting ready to be served...

If Mr. Sharma is considered to be guy with oonchi soch (high thinking) then his father, who will be introduced in the coming episodes will be no different. Veteran actor Anjan Srivastav who essayed the very famous character of Waagle in Waagle Ki Duniya will be entering the SAB TV show soon.

A little birdie tells us, "The production house had actor Anjan Srivastav in mind for this particular role and did not approach any other actor. We will see  him as Senior Sharma coming from Allahabad to Mumbai to be with his family. Sharma Junior has in fact inherited the family prestige of growing a very thin mustache from his father, Sarveshwarprasad Mukteshwarprasad Sharma Allahabadwale. Both father and son believe in the saying 'choti mooch, par akal badi' (small mustache, but great wisdom).

In thought process Sharma Junior is just an extension of his dad. The father and son have a great family bonding and the interaction between the Sharma's will be an interesting watch.

When contacted producer Ujjwal Rana confirmed the entry of Anjan Srivastav. "It's a pleasure to have Anjan ji on board. He is a very good actor and the image that he creates with the character that he portrays is amazing," he says.

We spoke to Anjan Srivastav who said, "It is always difficult to enter a house which is fully constructed and that was my apprehension when I signed for the show. The show is doing very well and the actors are doing an amazing job . So I wondered whether I could play my part well. But I guess I'm doing a good job. I'm extremely happy to have made the right decision of signing for the show."

Elaborating on his role Anjan says, "Mr. Sharma comes from Allahabad to Mumbai to spend time with his family. His interaction with co-passengers in train and with the Cooley are hilarious to the core. The elder Sharma has great family values and has a great rapport going with his son (Rajesh Kumar) and bahu (Divyanka Tripathi)."

Anjan Srivastav started shooting from the 18th of July and his entry will be telecasted on coming Tuesday.
