Angad on Cloud Nine...

Angad Hasija has won the hearts of one and all with his superb performance as the schizophrenic Alekh in Rajan Shahi's Sapna Babul Ka… Bidaai.

However, the actor is now on Cloud Nine for three reasons; one is that he has renewed his contract with Producer Rajan Shahi, and even in this tough phase of recession has got a hike in pay. Also, he has got the permission from the producer to work outside as well.

Well, we talked to a very jubilant Angad who could not hide his happiness at all. "I am very happy for the progress I have made in the past one year. I am now working on a Music Video and an ad too, apart from Bidaai", quips the actor.

Angad who is an interior designer, has featured in many music videos in the past. But ask him whether he regrets not taking up any other offer in the past one year and he quickly says "I am what I am today because of Bidaai, so I don't regret any such thing. I am now getting some good offers, and all is because of Rajan Sir".

It is also heard that Angad has got offers from some big banner movies including Vidhu Vinod Chopra. "As of now, I have got permission only to work in this music video, but if I get something big then I will surely take it up after convincing Rajan Sir", states the very loyal actor.
