Angad is all set to air soon...

Finally the 9X new fantasy based show Angad, produced by Sphere Origin is all set to groove television the screen on 9th Nov at the 8.30pm slot. The face of the show are the 'Jiya Jale' pair, Saurabh Pandey and Sriti Jha.

According to the protagonist Saurabh, "The show will be for half an hour on the weekend slot airing Friday, Saturday and Sunday".

Talking about the story, he adds "I play a prince with super power who fights against an evil magician for the sake of his dynasty. I have completely changed my look for this particular character. If you notice the promo, I have worked on my body as my character is of a warrior".

Angad has been given a tribal look as he is one of them and is unaware of his identity.

Sriti Jha who plays the female lead says "It's very interesting to play a princess Kalpika. The look has been worked on a lot by the creative. As of now, I am working on the body language of a princess. Alongside I am also learning to ride on the horse. Earlier when I was part of Jiya Jale, I could at least identify with myself, but here my look is completely novel.

When asked the producer of the show Sunjoy Wadhwa he says "We personally believe that a  good job is done for Angad. It will be a treat for the viewers and I am hopeful that the show will do great".

According to our khabroo, "Though the show is a tri-weekly from Friday to Sunday, the launch will takje place on Sunday, 9th November, at the 8.30 pm slot, just before the airing of the popular reality show on 9X, Jalwa Four 2 ka 1".
