Angad Hasija returns to daily soap after 4 years with 'Ziddi Dil Maane Na'

Actor Angad Hasija has been on the tube for over 15 years already but as we know that he has been rather selective with his projects. Becoming a household name playing the lead in Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai, Hasija has played some interesting characters in multiple TV shows over the years but has also been away from the screen for a while. In this, case, four years to be exact.

And now, after four long years, Hasija is all set to make his comeback to daily soaps with Sab TV's on-going show, Ziddi Dil - Maane Na. He was last seen in Waaris followed by which he made brief appearances in Dhhai Kilo Prem and Laal Ishq. Talking about his latest outing with ETimes TV, he says, “I play a village boy in Ziddi Dil Maane Na and will be seen in a rugged and rough look. I played a similar character in terms of looks years ago in Phulwa and wanted to attempt it again for quite some time. I will be paired opposite Sanjana Dubey (Diljot Chhabra) in the show. My character Kundan will be rigid and strong.”

Apart from his TV shows, Hasija is also known for his love for fitness. He says, “I have been a fitness enthusiast for many years now. It’s a way of life for me. Hitting the gym and working out gives me great joy. It is a source of meditation. During the lockdown, when I was not able to go to the gym, I set up a temporary gym on the terrace of my apartment in my hometown, Chandigarh.”

Ziddi Dil - Maane Na features Kunal Karan Kapoor, Shaalien Malhotra, Kaveri Priyam, Simple Kaul and Aditya Deshmukh. Last month, Karan Veer Mehra made a cameo appearance on the show. His track wrapped up recently.
