Ananya Panday opens up about BFFs Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor’s impending Bollywood debut!

Ananya Panday impressed the critics and the audiences alike with her Bollywood debut Student Of The Year 2, alongside Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. She received appreciation for her portrayal as Shreya from the industry as well as her best friends Suhana Khan and Shanaya Kapoor. The trio, Ananya, Suhana and Shanaya are often spotted hanging around. 

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Ananya Panday revealed how excited she is for her best friends’ Bollywood debut. She also talked about the encouragement she received from the Bollywood industry. 

She said, “They don’t need tips from me. Instead, I need tips from them. They both are such wonderful actors. We have grown up in the industry and would always discuss films. We used to watch a lot of films whenever we got together. So, I’m really looking forward to their debut in Bollywood.”

“People have been congratulating me personally - Shah Rukh sir called me, so did Zoya Akhtar and Siddharth Roy Kapur. These are people I have really looked up to and am dying to work with,” Ananya further added, when asked about B-town’s reaction for her smashing entry in Bollywood.

Recently, the 20-year-old actress posted a photo where the she along with Suhana and Shanaya turned a muse for Shah Rukh Khan. She captioned the photo as, “Charlie’s Angels”

Now that Suhana has graduated from Ardingly University, many fans are eagerly waiting for her Bollywood debut. 

On the work front, Ananya is busy shooting for her second movie Pati Patni Aur Who remake. Directed by Muddassar Aziz and produced by Bhushan Kumar, the remake also stars Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. Currently the actors are in Lucknow for a 2-month long schedule and will be shooting in the city for the same. The film is slated to release on 6th December, 2019.
