The family is preparing for the final rites, which are scheduled to take place in Mumbai on Saturday, as they come to terms with this profound loss.

Following the passing of Nirmal Kapoor, the mother of Anil, Boney, and Sanjay Kapoor, numerous celebrities visited the Kapoor residence to offer their condolences. Ananya Panday, Suhana Khan, and Vedang Raina were among those who arrived separately on Thursday evening to pay their respects.

Ananya Panday, dressed in a white ethnic suit, appeared somber as she arrived. Vedang Raina, in a light blue shirt and black trousers, followed shortly after. Ananya is close friends with Shanaya Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor, while Vedang is reportedly dating Khushi Kapoor. In one video, Ananya was seen visibly upset as she offered her condolences.

Nirmal Kapoor, wife of Surinder Kapoor, was a central figure in the Kapoor family, mother to Anil, Boney, Sanjay, and Reena. She is survived by grandchildren including Arjun, Janhvi, Khushi, Sonam, Rhea, Harsh Varrdhan, Shanaya, and Mohit.

The Kapoor family has always been close, with Nirmal a constant presence. Her passing signifies the end of an era. The family is receiving support from friends and colleagues in the film industry during this time.
