Anandi gets a realization on the legality of her marriage to Jagya..

Colors' Balika Vadhu is presently dealing with the pros and cons of child marriage, and how it takes a toll on the couple's future. The coming episodes will enlighten Anandi (Pratyusha Banerjee) that her marriage to Jagya (Shashank Vyas), though carried out in childhood is legal under the law prevalent in India.

A source tells, "Bhaironsa (Anup Soni) will take a decision to file a case against his own son, as he has married for the second time. He takes Anandi along to the lawyer's place where the lawyer explains that the case would be strong only if Anandi, being the first wife files the case. However, Anandi is reluctant as she has this notion that her marriage has always been illegal as it was carried out when they were children. The lawyer explains the case to her, by saying that a marriage is termed legal if the couple stays together under a roof for nearly two years. In this way, Anandi gets convinced that she is the legal wife of Jagya, and that Gauri's (Anjum Farooki) marriage to Jagya is not legal under the terms of law".

Will this revelation prompt Anandi to file a case against Jagya? Or will she fight for her rights in her own way?

When contacted, Pratyusha told us, "Yes, Anandi will get convinced that she is Jagya's lawfully wedded wife. But she is still reluctant to file a case, as she loves Jagya and cannot take this drastic step".
