Amitabh Bachchan hints at reviving Sunday fan meets

Amitabh Bachchan knows how to engage with his fans and he is an avid social media user. He can often be seen posting things on his social media accounts and keep his followers updated with his work and personal life.

Amitabh Bachchan has hinted at resuming his weekly Sunday meetings with fans at the entrance of his Mumbai home, Jalsa. Amitabh wrote on his blog that if the meet is rescheduled, it will be done with all the precautions. Bachchan usually takes on his blogging page and pens down his thoughts on certain topics.

Later in the blog, the veteran actor discussed how the Covid-19 restrictions in Mumbai have been lifted, and how he plans to resume his weekly meetings with fans as a result.

"Okay the news from Mumbai is that there will be no more masks and protocol of Covid which is a blessing and the limitations of airlines in the International to be given operational processes as normal. So, hopefully, travel from faraway lands will be permitted and perhaps the Sunday meets at the Jalsa gate will be resurfaced, albeit with certain precautions. I'm looking forward to seeing you when I get back. I am currently resting and I need to recover",

 he further stated. 

Recently, Amitabh was shooting in Rishikesh and as the filming was wrapped up, he also shared his experience regarding the same and penned, "Travel over. Leaving the 'devbhoomi' with an immense feeling of exhilaration to have been in this divine environment. The work, the atmosphere of work, the crew and the colleagues, and the need to get back again in the divinity of the surroundings."

The actor has a slew of projects lined up for the year. He will next be seen in Ajay Devgn's Runway 34 and Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra.
