Amit Dhawan in 'Maryada Purushottam Siya Ke Ram'

Amit Dhawan, who got popular playing a gay character in 'Maryada Lekin Kab Tak?' and was also seen on shows like 'Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai' and 'Maharana Pratap' will be soon seen in a different avatar on Star Plus' masterpiece show 'Siya Ke Ram' which is launching tonight. 

Amit will be joining the prime cast. He will be playing the character of Yudhjeet, Kaikeyi’s brother, who will come to remind Kaikeyi’s husband, Dasharath about his promises that he had made to him before marrying his sister.

We contacted Amit Dhawan who confirmed the news, “Yes It’s a very nice character and a significant part of the story. The experience is very beautiful as playing mythological roles is always larger than life. Also, it has unique trait of the character, very classy and rich. The dialogues are very strong. It was amazing to shoot with the team.”
