The upcoming Peacock documentary Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy has sparked controversy with shocking allegations against music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The 55-year-old rapper is accused of making terrifying threats and inappropriate advances, as revealed in the documentary set to premiere soon.
Sara Rivers, a former cast member of MTV's Making the Band 2 (2002-2004), shared her disturbing experiences with Diddy. Speaking candidly, Rivers described a chilling incident where Diddy allegedly berated her bandmates. “When he got angry with one of my band members, he said, ‘You make me so mad I want to eat your flesh.’ And then he said to another one of my band members, ‘You’re rolling your eyes, I could go get a crackhead and pay them $20 to smack the s*** out of you,’” Rivers revealed, as reported by The Mirror US.
The documentary delves deeper into Rivers' time on the show, highlighting the emotional and psychological toll. She described Diddy’s behavior as “crazy” and admitted to avoiding him unless cameras were present. In a harrowing claim, Rivers alleged, “The incident basically, I was by myself. He touched me in a place that he shouldn’t have. That was inappropriate.”
Diddy has vehemently denied all allegations. His legal team issued a strong statement to The Mirror US, condemning the documentary for promoting "unchecked claims" and "baseless conspiracy theories." The statement emphasized, “Sean Combs unequivocally denies these false allegations, which are harmful, defamatory, and unsupported by credible evidence.”
Furthermore, Diddy’s lawyers criticized NBC and Peacock, accusing them of irresponsible journalism. “This documentary recycles and perpetuates the same lies and conspiracy theories… By providing a platform for proven liars and opportunists, the documentary is irresponsible journalism of the worst kind.”
As the documentary’s release nears, the allegations continue to fuel public debate, casting a shadow over Diddy’s legacy.
