Alia Bhatt’s Mom Soni Razdan Joins Cast of Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Web Show, Dr. Kapoor

National Film Award winning filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia, who is known for directing movies like Paan Singh Tomar, Shahid and Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster among others is now foraying into the digital space. His first digital venture on Zee5 Rangbaaz starring Saqib Saleem, Ranvir Shorey, Ravi Kishan was a hit and is already getting a sequel. 

Now he is all geared for his next digital project which is titled Dr. Kapoor. 

As reported earlier, the project will be led by talented actors Rasika Duggal and Purab Kohli. Rasika will be seen playing a Doctor in the show and the story will revolve around her character. The latest we hear is that, Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan has also been roped in to play a pivotal role in the series. Apart from her actor Mukul Chaddha (The Office) and Ricky Patel (Typewriter) will also be seen in the show. The series is produced by BCC India and is likely to stream on Hotstar.
