Alia Bhatt opens up on how she first met Ranbir Kapoor on the sets of a Bollywood film

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are a much-loved couple in the entertainment world. Even though Ranbir, isn't on social media, Alia, often shares pictures and videos of their moments together.  Alia, who recently made her Hollywood debut in Heart of Stone alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, opened up about how she first met her husband Ranbir on a film set. 

Yes you jea d that right! The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress said that she met Ranbir on the set of Amitabh Bachchan and Rani Mukerji's 'Black'. In a different interview, Alia also talked about her initial experiences, like her first audition for the movie Black when she tried out for a role as a young Rani Mukerji.

During a chat with Netflix, Alia shared that her first encounter with Ranbir happened while working on the film Black. She auditioned for a role that she didn't get, but it was during this time that she first met Ranbir, who is now her husband. 

In another conversation with BBC Asia Network, Alia spoke about her Heart of Stone co-stars. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress revealed that she confided in her Heart of Stone co-star Gal Gadot about her pregnancy early on. She felt comfortable and supported by Gal, as well as her producers and director, Tom Harper. She appreciated their kindness and excitement about the news.

For the unversed Alia's Hollywood debut, Heart of Stone, directed by Tom Harper, premiered on Netflix on August 11th.
