Balaji Telefilms' Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Ye on Life OK has struck the right chord with the viewers with its appealing storyline and amazing performance of the star cast.

While the show marks the debut of Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre, the other ensemble Apurva Agnihortri and Harsh Chhaya, perfectly fit the bill and gain applause for their acting skills.

As known to all, Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Ye, is a finite show comprising of 100 episodes, it has got an extension of 20 more episodes. But as actors are bound by the contract and as reported elsewhere, Sonali's contract has expired and she is not willing to renew her contract.

So the makers have decided to end the show giving it a logical end.

Our sources say, "The show will be going off air by the last week of February. The team is shooting its last 20 episodes."

We got in touch with Sonali Bendre for the confirmation and she reverted saying, "I have no clue regarding this."

It had always been a finite show. But still 20 more episodes would have been most welcome. Anyways all good things have to come to an end. So be it with ADHY. Will miss the show. It was one of the best shows airing at the present time.

What the heck are doing Life Ok channel taking off all the good shows first was Gustakh Dil now is Ajeeb Dastaan Hai that is not fear. SERIOUSLY that is trouble news

Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Ye is an amazing show. In some ways I'm sad to see it ending but on the other hand I wouldn't want the storyline to drag unnecessarily either.

This show was always supposed to be a finite show. One of the best shows I have come across on Indian Television.

From storyline to screenplay, the amazing dialogues, characterization is incredible. The PH has done a commendable job by introducing a finite show with star cast comprising seasoned actors like Sonali, Apurva and Harsh. All the supporting cast perfectly mould in to their characters, especially the actress playing Naani.

I would say, this is the only show which is relatable, its story/ characters are very much close to reality. the crisp story telling, intriguing twists and turns supported by neck breaking pace, makes it a worthy watch.

It will be phenomenal to watch the ending of this superb show. Hope PH lives upto loyal ADHY fans' expectations :)

Yeh show chala hi nahi and that is why it is going off-air!!!!

They shut down my favourite show to bring on this trashy show!!!!

That's a really good news. Glad they're sticking to finite episodes and keeping the story crisp rather than dragging it and making this show into another piece of crap!
