Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Savi stumbles upon a picture of Ishaan and Reeva together

In tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode, Isha, overwhelmed with regret for leaving her son Ishaan (Shakti Arora), expresses her unhappiness on her birthday. Savi (Bhavika Sharma) tries to console her by sharing her own experience of being separated from her baba for 7 years. She tells Isha about how her prayers were answered, and her baba came back into her life, never leaving her until his last breath. Savi reassures Isha that just as her baba returned to her, Ishaan will also come back to her, and they will be reunited forever. However, Isha dismisses this hope, believing her son will never return and call her "aayi." Distraught, she asks them to leave her alone, and they walk away.

Shantanu discusses with Savi the sadness Isha feels on her birthday, not wanting to cut the cake. Savi, concerned for Isha, presses Shantanu to reveal the reason behind Isha leaving her son. Despite Shantanu's reluctance, Savi insists, and he eventually shares the entire story. Savi empathizes with both Isha and Ishaan, recognizing them as victims of the situation rather than assigning blame to Isha.

The following day, Savi approaches Ishaan after his lecture, offering him sweets for his grandfather's recovery. Ishaan, initially irritated, questions the occasion. Savi explains the reason and shares her azoba's recovery story. Ishaan, softened, eats half of a laddu and congratulates her. They discuss the annual day event, and Reeva interrupts, questioning Savi's gesture. After eating the laddu Ishaan had taken a bite of, Reeva leaves, keeping an eye on Ishaan.

Later, Ishaan visits Shantanu's cabin, where Shantanu invites him to discuss something important at his house. Ishaan agrees, unaware that Shantanu is attempting to help him mend his relationship with Isha. Shantanu secretly writes a birthday message to Isha on Ishaan's phone, hoping it will bring them closer. Ishaan discovers the message, berates Shantanu for deceit, and expresses his anger. Savi overhears their conversation.

Savi confronts Reeva about starting a counseling center at the college. They go to Reeva's flat, where they discuss counseling strategies. Reeva emphasizes the importance of individuals accepting their problems, and Savi suggests using plays to help people relate to their pain. During the conversation, Savi accidentally drops coffee, and when she picks up a fallen calendar, she is shocked to find a photo of Ishaan and Reeva.

Precap: Reporters question Ishaan about his differences with Isha, allegedly revealed by Savi. Surekha fakes a collapse, and Isha expresses regret to Savi for involving their issues in public. Ishaan becomes angry at Savi, and he pushes her away in frustration.
