Ajay brings Kajol, Tanuja together on screen after 18 years

New Delhi, Nov 16 (IANS) Ajay Devgn has managed to achieve a feat that many filmmakers could not in the last 18 years. The actor-producer is bringing the mother-daughter duo of Tanuja and Kajol together on the big screen in his film 'Toonpur Ka Superhero'.

Last seen in Rahul Rawail's 'Bekhudi' in 1992, Tanuja, who is also Ajay's mother-in-law, will repeat her act as Kajol's reel-life mother in what is touted to be India's first live animation movie, according to a statement by the movie's publicist.

Though Tanuja is doing a cameo in the film, her role is touted to be a significant one.

Directed by Kireet Khurana, 'Toonpur Ka Superhero' will also see Ajay and Kajol together after the actor's directorial debut 'U, Me Aur Hum'. The real life couple also acted in movies like 'Hulchul', 'Gundaraj', 'Pyar To Hona Hi Tha', 'Dil Kya Kare' and 'Raju Chacha'.
