Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek and Aaradhya pose for a family pic post L'Oreal X Cannes anniversary dinner

Aishwarya Rai marked her inaugural red carpet appearance of the season on Wednesday at the Cannes Film Festival, followed by a family afterparty. For the L'Oréal X Cannes anniversary dinner, the actor donned a sparkly pink gown instead of the black gown she sported on the red carpet. 

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was joined by her husband Abhishek Bachchan and their daughter Aaradhya Bachcha to the party. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan sported a glittery ankle-length dress with a complementing silk shrug and let her tresses loose.

Abhishek sported a black suit, while Aaradhya wore a red dress with similar hairband and bangles. Aishwarya is seen with one hand round Abhishek's arm and the other clutching Aaradhya's hand in a photograph.

Aishwarya attended a screening of Tom Cruise's Top Gun: Maverick just hours prior. She left an indelible mark when she walked the red carpet in a black Valentino gown with a floral flair. Earring and rings were the only accessories worn by the 48-year-old. She was spotted interacting with actress Eva Longoria, who was dressed in a silver gown, and signing autographs for fans. They grinned for the cameras.

Aishwarya Rai was photographed wearing a pink pantsuit and complementing heels earlier on Wednesday. She was greeted with bouquets at the airport as soon as she arrived in Cannes.

Actors Pooja Hegde, Tamannaah Bhatia, and TV actor Helly Shah were among those who attended the Top Gun Maverick screening on Wednesday. Earlier in the festival, Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur headed the Indian delegation. Pooja, Tamannaah, R Madhavan, Kamal Haasan, AR Rahman, Shekhar Kapoor, Prasoon Joshi, and others joined him on stage.
