Rahul Bhatt, the producer of Zee’s Meri Doli Tere Angana braces the director's seat for a day, to shoot a particular dance sequence. In one of the episodes, there was a dance sequence to be shot. Rahul witnessed the shooting and was not satisfied with the outcome. He felt that the energy level among the cast and crew was missing. Rahul thus took the charge upon him and shot the entire song sequence. The whole unit lit up when Rahul got on board for the song and all were pleasantly surprised to see a wonderful outcome of his direction.

When asked Rahul about the whole experience he replied, “I truly enjoyed shooting the song. Meri Doli Tere Angana is my concept, and I wanted everything inthis particular song to go beyond perfection. And when things didn’t go the way I wanted, I decided to go for it myself, and we shot the whole dance sequence”. So does that mean he might make an attempt to go into direction? “Yes, I would like to direct some day, may be in the future. I might direct a movie, but there is no way I can direct a television series. The song we shot was not like a typical soap scene, it was quite different, something like you would see in a movie, so I decided to go for it, and gave it my best possible shot…”
