After Salman, Priyanka gives a WARM WELCOME to Disha Patani

Disha Patani bagged a role on May 17, in Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra starrer "Bharat".

While it was all the more exciting that Global icon Priyanka Chopra and Superstar Salman Khan. will be seen back on screen together post 11 years and yesterday, that is on May 17, 2018, the makers of the most anticipated film "Bharat" announced that actress Disha Patani will be a part of the film too.

Well yesterday, Salman Khan took to his social media accounts to welcome Disha Patani to be on board with the team.

Today, busy bee Priyanka Chopra also took to her Twitter account to wish the actress. But, she along with that she also made a Bareilly connection to it.

Now that's the catch, Priyanka took out the Bareilly connection as she was born in Jamshedpur, Bihar. Due to her parents' occupations, the family relocated to a number of places in India, including Delhi, Chandigarh, Ambala, Ladakh, Lucknow, Bareilly, and Pune. Among the schools she attended were La Martiniere Girls' School in Lucknow and St. Maria Goretti College in Bareilly. As most of her teenage life she has spent in Bareilly she has always called herself as 'A girl from a small town Bareilly'. And the same way, Disha was also born in Bareilly.

Meanwhile, Bharat is being helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar which is an official adaptation of 2014 Korean film, 'Ode to My Father'. Produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan and Nikhil Namit the film will be released in 2019.
