Aanchal Munjal may have been missing in action because of her recent surgery, but the talented actress is all set to make a smashing comeback to the screens.

While Aanchal has multiple offers coming her way, she is ensuring she is in good shape for her comeback. Her road to recovery may have been long, but it has only made her stronger.

Speaking about her fitness regime, Aanchal says, 

"Since I had two major setbacks - one was a shoulder injury during dance rehearsals in 2014, and later a surgery in 2020 - I saw to it that my training also took care of the shoulder spasm and the surgery to ensure my body doesn't undergo any kind of stress. My fitness regime has a combination of strength training, cardio and yoga. Cardio sessions involve more of functional training than merely running on the treadmill or cycling or ellipticals."

Not only this, Aanchal swears by a clean diet and excludes all aerated drinks, packaged food, anything that has refined flour, refined sugar and fried stuff. Being a vegetarian, she ensures her diet is rich in proteins, with a balanced intake of carbs and fats too.
