According to a statement from Shreyas' family, he is on the road to recovery, and the surgery was a triumph. Their latest update, as reported by The Times Of India, revealed that Shreyas "looked at us and smiled this morning." Describing his demeanour as "cheerful," the family assured everyone that he would be ready to engage in conversations in just a few days.

A hospital source, speaking on the day of the angioplasty, shared, "Shreyas sir got admitted to the hospital at 8 pm. The procedure has been successful, and he is doing alright. He should get discharged in three to four days." This positive news was later echoed by Shreyas' wife, Deepti, who took to social media to express her gratitude for the outpouring of concern. She reassured everyone that Shreyas is in stable condition and is expected to be discharged shortly.

The alarming incident occurred after Shreyas returned from a film shoot, as revealed by actor Bobby Deol. Bobby, who spoke to Shreyas' wife, learned that the actor's heart had stopped for ten minutes during the harrowing episode.
