After CID, Netflix brings Crime Patrol to Its streaming platform!

After successfully streaming Sony TV’s iconic crime show CID, Netflix is now set to add another fan-favorite—Crime Patrol. According to media reports, Netflix has acquired the rights to stream Crime Patrol, the long-running crime anthology series known for its gripping real-life case recreations. The show, hosted by the well-known Anup Soni, has been a household name in India for years. Now, it will be available for streaming on Netflix starting March 17, 2025.

Crime Patrol has been a staple on Indian television, outlasting many other reality crime series. The show originally premiered on July 15, 2019, and has since aired multiple seasons. However, after low ratings, its sixth season was canceled, with the final episode airing on January 22, 2023.

The seventh season ran from July 10, 2023, to January 19, 2024. Despite its ups and downs, Crime Patrol has maintained a loyal audience, thanks to its compelling storytelling and strong message about crime awareness.

Hosted primarily by Anup Soni, the show presents dramatized recreations of real-life crimes, educating viewers on crime prevention and the importance of vigilance.
