Adnan Khan gets INJURED while shooting an intense fight sequence!

Zee TV's Ishq Subhan Allah is entertaining the audiences with lots of drama and the current track is focusing on how Kabir and Zara have been trapped by Miraj in an attempt to trying to escape.

And that of course means there will be intense fighting scenes, some of which we've already seen during the telecast. One of the scenes, led to actor Adnan Khan's injury.

And, like any professional Adnan continued shooting for the sequence despite getting injured. It so happened that while shooting for the scene, the grill fell down on his leg. 

When contacted, Adnan told us, "Yes I got hurt while shooting for the scene. I get a little carried away while doing the scene and the grill fell badly on my leg. It's not too bad but it is painful. I came back to shoot today and it is fine now."
