Actress Mrinal Navell says,”It was so overwhelming to celebrate Diwali with my family in Chandigarh''

Diwali is the biggest occasion of celebration for millions of people around the world, and celebrities are no exception to this. Actress Mrinal Navell, who is seen winning hearts as Kavya in the Zee TV show Kundali Bhagya, shares how she celebrated the festival.

Young and talented diva, Mrinal says,”Well, I celebrated Diwali this year with my family in Chandigarh. You know, festivals bring a different vibe of togetherness aur Diwali ate hi ghar jane ka man krta hai and, thankfully, my schedule allowed me to travel and meet my parents. It was so overwhelming to celebrate Diwali with my family in Chandigarh. From making rangoli to decorating my house with diyas, I made sure that the preparations for Diwali were on point.”

Mrinal further adds,”To be honest, Diwali for me means meeting friends, getting together with family and dressing up. So, after performing Lakshmi puja at my house, I went to meet my friends. Also, I do believe that celebrations are incomplete without the appetising delights that too with family and friends, so I gorged on a lot of traditional sweets made by my mother. Also, crackers were surely not a part of our celebrations because they only harm the environment.”

Professionally, Mrinal is popularly known for her role in the show 'Yeh Jhuki Jhuki Si Nazar.' She was also seen playing an important character in the film- Rakshak: India's Braves, which was released on Amazon miniTV.
