Actress Hiba Nawab talks about her new show 'Meri Sasuma'.

'Tere Sheher Mein' actress Hiba Nawab will soon be seen in an upcoming Saas-Bahu drama 'Meri Sasuma'. This show is going to be a transition for Hiba, who has earlier done youth based shows and is now moving towards daily soaps. We spoke to Hiba about her character on the show and much more. Here is what she has to say.

Your Character has big nerdy spectacles. What does this suggest?

I don't have glasses in real life and it took me quite a lot of time to get used to them. I have been wearing these for almost 15-20 days now, but I still cannot see things as clear as I can see with the naked eye. My character on the show loves to read a lot! She keeps reading a lot of investigative and spy themed books. And these books have slowly affected her nature and her mind now works like a detective!

What did you do during your break after 'Tere Sheher Me'?

I was really sick! I had mumps and a lot of fever. But even after I recovered, I was just sitting at home for 15 days and I was so bored! I knew that I couldn't just sit at home. I had to do something, so I gave an audition for this show and here I am!

Your future Mother in law in the show comes across as someone very tyrannical and rude. Will you be changing her behaviour?

Well I don't know! You will have to watch the show to find out what will happen to my Sasuma!

How is your bonding with Pearl so far?

We have just shot the promos together. But I can say that he is very humble and sweet. He is a very nice guy to work with.

Imagine if the Sasuma from the Show becomes your real life Sasuma! What would you do?

I get terrified with the very thought! The whole idea of a new family scares me! I am actually worried about them.. As in whether they would like me, my work schedule and my habits and all that.

Following the recent Supernatural trend, if your show decides to take a supernatural twist... would you draw the line?

Absolutely not! Its fun to play such characters! And if I have started something, I will be the one to finish it!
