Actor Deepraj Rana to enter 'Diya Aur Baati Hum'!

Actor Deepraj Rana is a well known face in Bollywood for his pivotal roles in various big budget Hindi films. However, the actor has also made a mark on the small screen and is best remembered for his roles from 'Naa Aana Is Des Laado' and last seen in 'Devon Ke Dev Mahadev' starring Mohit Raina.

His most memorable performance on television was that of a cunning and strict, Major Nair. The military man who is harsh on his cadets, Yudi (Kunal Karan Kapoor), Alekh (Arjun Bijlani), Ali (Harshad Chopda) among others in the youth military drama show, 'Left Right Left' brought him recognition.

According to a leading news daily, after a long span, the actor is all set to play another role on television in the show, 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' starring Anas Rashid (Sooraj) and Deepika Singh (Sandhya).

He will playing the role of a Pakistani terrorist in the upcoming track and will be pivotal in the development of the lives of Sooraj and Sandhya.

On the role, the actor said, "I get to play diverse roles in Bollywood and I don't think I am cut out for lead roles on TV anyway. It's only when I have time that I take up a role on the small screen."
