Abhay and Pia cheer the 'Men in Blue' at Kotla..

Abhay (Vivian Dsena) and Pia (Sukirti Kandpal), the protagonists of Star One's Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani are having a spectacular evening at the Feroze Shah Kotla Ground in New Delhi, as they watch Team India's battle against the Netherlands to book their place in the Quarter Final stage of ICC World Cup 2011.

Our source states, "This initiative was worked upon by Star One. While they wanted to give their lead actors a day of enjoyment, they are also not leaving any stone unturned in promoting their show. Sukirti and Vivian are right now watching the match from the stadium, and will be back to work on the sets tomorrow after cheering the Men in Blue".

We sent out a text message to Sukirti who acknowledged the news with her reply via text, "Ya, it is a channel idea to allow us to watch the match. I love Tendulkar simply because he is an icon. He was fielding right in front of us (smiley). It's a nice treat to be out here, very refreshing and even the weather is pleasant".

Vivian who gets to be a crowd puller, especially when it comes to girls tells us, "All the girls over here are staring at me continuously, even as I talk to you now (smiles). The channel has sent us for a promotional activity, and I thank them for giving us this lovely experience".

On the match he states, "It's altogether a different experience of watching the match live, so close to us, so clear. The atmosphere out here is very lively and different".
