Aastha Sharma says, I did 'Bhangda' when I got to know I was selected for Neerja: Ek Nayi Pehchaan

Colors TV's upcoming show Neerja that stars Sneha Wagh, Kamya Punjabi and Myra Waikul in the lead roles is bringing in a very bold concept with the show. The show will show case the story of lives of women living in a brothel and will show how a mother shield her young and beautiful daughter from the eyes of the ladies on the brothel who believe that the child too will grow up to join the profession. Aastha sharma, who will be seen essaying the character of grown up Neerja in the show got in an exclusive chat with us and revealed her initial reaction upon being finalised for the show. 

Talking to us Aastha said, ''I was in Shimla when I came to know that I have been selected for the show. I was in the car with my mumma and my brother and we were on our way back home. The moment I got a call from the production, I asked my mother to stop the car because I wanted to get down. I stepped out of the car and literally danced and did two steps of 'Bhangda,' because I was that happy.''

The show also stars Rajveer Singh as the male lead of the show. Rajveer will be seen opposite Aastha in the show.
